Ashley J. North is an artist and designer based in Chicago. Working in many different mediums ( i.e. video, traditional illustration, and digital graphics ), she has an ever expanding, but consistent, visual style that is transmutable to any aesthetic.
As an artist, Ashley explores where the internal and external worlds intersect; subjects that exist in-between two states of being. This mindset also deeply influences her design work, often blending graphic and organic elements seamlessly within a composition.
My moniker, SLOTH, stands for "Such Luck Of The Heart". It is a reminder to give credence to your feelings and intuition.
